Your mission The candidate will contribute to the development and management of material innovation projects, primarily supporting the fashion and automotive sectors.

Key activities include: Research and scout innovative materials, processes, and technologies across the fashion industry, staying up-to-date with industry developments and trends.

Researching and studying the technical specifications of new materials.

Coordinating laboratory activities and testing processes.

Coordinating prototyping activities and the development of new products.

Stay ahead of sustainability trends, regulations, and best practices related to the fashion and automotive industry.

Your profile Technical Skills and Requirements: Degree in Material Engineering, Textile Engineering, Material Science, or equivalent fields.

At least 2 years of experience in similar roles within the industry.

Understanding of textile and/or leather chemical engineering, material science, and relevant production processes.

Knowledge of emerging material technologies and innovative processes within the fashion industry.

Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret experimental data.

Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Fluent in written and spoken Italian.

Fluent in written and spoken English.

Soft Skills: Independence and ability to manage your work autonomously.

Result-oriented approach and problem-solving skills.

Strong teamwork attitude and effective communication skills.

Flexibility and adaptability in evolving contexts.

Willingness to travel nationally and internationally.
