**Partner with the best

As a Material Management Specialist, you will be accountable to meet the targets on Revenues, Inventory and Billing, driving an operating rhythm within the wider sourcing organization, and interacting closely with Project, Planning and Finance for both P&L Florence New Units and Upgrades.

As a Material Management Specialist, you will be responsible for:

- Developing and driving an Operating Rhythm within the Sourcing Function covering the 3 areas of responsibility: Revenues, Inventory, Billing

- Interacting with the Sourcing Operation Teams (MSD/BOP, Production, India, China, Middle East) to guarantee information accuracy and proper engagement on operation related issues

- Developing strong connections with Project Managers, Planners and Finance to guarantee full alignment and cooperation on risks resolution and opportunities consolidation

- Collaborating with managers in setting realistic and challenging operational goals, and contribute to their accomplishment

- Clearly communicating targets and accomplishments within the wider organization

- Ensuring that all the transactions will be executed in full compliance with the company rules

- Owning relevant KPIs with special focus on:

- Revenues/CM enhancement

- Inventory

- Billing from Sourcing milestones enhancement

- Medium/Long term Revenue outlook

- Implementing digitization initiatives to reduce manual transaction and data analytics

- Engaging the business leadership team to develop programs/processes and deliver enhanced productivity

- Developing the talents of the team and promote, either internally and within the adjacent functions and departments, the culture of people growth and development

**Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

- Have a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Procurement, Supply Chain Management, or Finance or equivalent knowledge or work experience

- Be a high-energy, self-motivated, confident leader willing to take on responsibilities across functions and teams boundaries

- Be able to effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks and priorities

- Display excellent business/financial acumen, be proficient in leading and setting direction for teams, including demonstrated motivate, influence and drive change at all levels of the organization

- Show excellent growth leadership skills, demonstrating clear global perspective and understand factors impacting BH IET

- Have strong oral and written communication skills both in Italian and English

- Be able to work and communicate within a global and fast-paced environment

- Hold EU Work Permit

- Have strong interpersonal and leadership skills

- Display knowledge of O&G products and their production process/methods.

- Show negotiation expertise

- Willingness and ability to travel (10% of work time)
