**This position reports to**:

Production Planning Manager

**Your responsibilities**:

- Analyze MRP data and issuing RDAs at set intervals.

- Procurement management using JIT and JIS logics.

- Manage the supplier order book with performance monitoring in collaboration with the buyer.

The role involves very frequent contacts with suppliers.

- Analysis of exceptions generated by MRP by modifying delivery dates of supplier orders (advance and postponement).

- Monitor of deliveries and management of supply issues, whether related to logistics or quality problems (with support where necessary from the buyer and quality department).

- Discussion with suppliers at strategic level for capacity analysis, budget analysis and general production organization.

- Scheduled visits to suppliers or visits in the event of supply or quality problems.

- Participation in departmental quality circles.

**Your background**:

- Academic background: technical diploma or related course of study.

- Good knowledge of the Office package.

- Good knowledge of English and Italian.

- Aptitude for teamwork.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Aptitude for analysis and working with data.

Organizational and priority/urgency management skills.

- On-site position (no smartworking).
