Reporting to the Rivalta Housing Material Planning Leader, you will manage the material demand planning for the assigned area by ensuring development of a demand forecast to the supplier base on production planning.

Job Description Essential Responsibilities Manage planning, material processes and systems to secure delivery upon productions needsEnsure operational alignment with production planOptimize MRP parameters to secure correct delivery and monitor impact on InventoryDevelop support metrics, tools and reporting that will enable Manufacturing plants and Procurement teams to achieve these service level and inventory targetsWork closely with Procurement, Quality, and Logistics; to evaluate the demand/production plan against inventory, capacity and external factors and to create mitigation actions if needed through CI escalation processQualifications/Requirements Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Engineering/Economics fieldHabit of dealing with suppliers or customersKnowledge of inventory management, material managementAviation industry experience preferredGood SAP and Excel knowledgeWork Visa in accordance with local regulation is requiredFluent English and ItalianDesired Characteristics Previous experience in manufacturing engineering, planning or sourcing linked to the shopProblem solver: analytical-minded, critical thinkerFocused: quick learner, strategically prioritizes workLeadership ability: good communicator, decision-maker, collaborativeWhat we offer Smart working and work life-balance Avio Aero, when possible, promotes remote work and encourages a good, healthy and satisfying work-life balance.
