Job description

CHRYSO Saint-Gobain global leader in construction chemicals, developing innovative solutions and services for sustainable construction is looking for a Material Planner Intern.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will set inventory parameters and inventory targets, while making sure that there is adequate replenishment of inventory through purchase orders.

**Your responsibilities

- Analyze the situation of assigned materials and their procurement planning through management parameter definition (type of planning, lead-time, minimum batch, safety stock)

- Assure the delivery of materials with involvement in specific projects that aim to improve our service level

- Support in checking stock quantities, in order to prevent any lack of materials

- Monitor warehouse stocks with particular reference to the programing

- Support in checking compliance with the agreed delivery dates

- Support for purchasing management projects

- Reporting / KPI management

**What do you bring?

- Technical Degree (Engineering, Supply Chain/Logistics Management)

- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.

- Able to communicate effectively at different levels of organization in Italian and English.

- Good interpersonal and communication skills.

- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
