Position Overview

- We are looking for a Materials Associate, Operations Fabric who will interface internally with the product, quality and production offices and externally with suppliers, garment factories, inspection facilities, analysis laboratories and counterparts in the main company branch. _

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

**_Essential Duties & Responsibilities_**_: _

- _Support the team in all activities related to production fabrics buying process _

- _bulk order placement, bulk test, follow up of order confirmation, fabric shipment, inspection, delivery to garment vendors etc. )

and related maintenance of RL system_

- _Gather fabric cuts and create fabric archive available for consultation_

- _Report about fabric production delivery status on weekly base_

- _Monitor testing results on a daily basis and alert the teams on any issue that might compromise delivery _

- _support the team in the MTO fabric requests_

Experience, Skills & Knowledge

**_Experience, Skills & Knowledge:_

- _Excellent knowledge and use of the Office package, in particular Outlook, Excel and Word _

- _Team working ability and attitude, spirit of initiative and collaboration, flexibility _

- _Excellent communication skills _

- _Excellent knowledge of spoken and written English which will be tested during the interview_

- We offer temporary contract for maternity cover. _
