Location: Ravenna

Job Responsibilities Materials for Oil and Gas Projects. Best technical/economical solutions for Materials. Material integrity in compliance with international standards, company specifications and engineering best practices, including corrosion and cathodic protection. Design and supply specifications of systems (materials parts) and equipment (materials parts). Project and operations for materials management.

KEY ACTIVITIES

Selection, definition, and inspection requirements of mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, and structural materials. Selection and definition of the best technical/economical solutions/conditions of supply for materials, including tracking, storage, and packaging. Overall material integrity in compliance with international standards, company specifications, and engineering best practices, including preservation, corrosion risk assessment, and materials suitability verification. Review and approval of design and supply specifications of systems (materials parts) and equipment (materials parts), including spare parts lists for commissioning and start-up, and for two years of operations and tools lists/bulk materials for production and process facilities, ensuring that such systems meet project objectives, industry standards, and best oil and gas practices for safety, reliability, and operability. Support to project and operations for materials management, including overage, shortage, and discrepancy framework and procedures, and materials stock management, including definition of actual stock quantity, safety stock, and reorder level for each stored type of material.
