Your ImpactAs the Material Innovation Manager, you hold a pivotal role in leading innovative initiatives and driving advancements within our organization's material landscape.

Your primary responsibility is to identify, initiate, oversee, and monitor innovative projects in collaboration with our suppliers, start-ups, and various business functions. ActivitiesIdentifying, launching, managing, and monitoring innovative projects with our suppliers, start-ups and involved business functionsAnalysing and scouting innovative opportunities, materials, and technologiesCollaborating with all departments to ensure the project goals and deadlines are metResearching and comparing new materials, solutions, and processing technologies to improve knowledge and maintain the material library, ensuring that the database is properly organized and updatedWho We Are Looking ForUndergraduate background in Chemical and Materials Engineering, Management Engineering, or any other relevant scientific background+ 8 years of experience in R&D and project management within structured companies or consulting firmsKnowledge of Supply Chain management in the textile industry, printing, and dyehouseTechnical knowledge of textile chemical engineering and processes and/or materials scienceWe Would Appreciate a Person ThatDemonstrates proactivity and a problem-solving mindset, also regarding your own constant and never-ending improvementHow You Can ApplyYou can apply through our Careers Website by following the link in the job posting.
