MATERIAL MANAGEMENT SERVICE/LOGISTICLocation: Guardia Perticara / Tempa Rossa Site – BasilicataStarting date: March 2025Duration of the Contract: 1 year with possible extensionWork Schedule: 8 hours/day - 5 days/weekSCOPE OF SERVICE:Supply chain process management in cooperation with other roles (Warehouse, C&P, Finance), checking of warehouse quantities, stock analysis and relative optimization according to KPIMAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:Use and mastery of the following Tools: SAP S/4HANA P2P ERP Module: MM (Material Management) +WM (Warehouse Management), TotalEnergies UNISOL centralized system, Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook), TeamsIdentify any type of materials managed as electrical, instrumental, mechanical (piping, rotating machines, etc.

), inspection, chemical, oils, PPE, Spill kit, IT/Telecom, drilling/ completion/well headsIdentify any category of materials managed as operating spare parts (consumable, supervised), capital spare parts (critical)Proper interface technical/commercial/accounting/warehouse for management of the stock and requirementsCreation/modification/check/optimization of MM (material master data)Consumption analysis for the creation of framework contractsStock analysis and configuration and/or revision of stocks/requirements by means of MRP (Material Requirements Planning)Management and supervision of purchasing process since the demand to the finalization of the orderManagement of requirements within the KPIs indicated by companyMonitoring of the purchasing process through checking of delivery dates and expeditingManagement through claims with the supplier of discrepancies in receptionASD (Active, Slow, Dead) analysisMonthly/annual reporting with analyses and corrective actions including surplus reduction/sale/disposalRolling out/punctual/annual inventoriesREQUIREMENTS:Minimum 5 years of experience on Oil & Gas sector, in particular in logistics activities/ Operations and a suitable general knowledge in oil industry logistics. Teambuilding awareness, leadership, multicultural awareness, environmental awareness, organization skills, good command of English and computer literate.
