Partner with the best As a Materials Planning & Quality Specialist, you will be responsible for planning and scheduling the materials required to execute the business.

You will work with the sales and commercial team, region personnel, AMO, and supply chain to translate the demand (forecasts, sales orders, planned orders) across multiple time horizons into physical orders and ensure they are delivered to meet customer requirements.

As a Materials Planning & Quality Specialist, you will be responsible for:

Ensuring availability of Job items according to String Test PlanManaging Non-Conformance (Internal and Vendor related) to ensure compliance with project requirementsPlanning preservation of Job Item according to technical requirementsEnsuring timely delivery of Quality Certification according to QCPEnsuring timely WIP closureManaging of BOP materials after String Test to reach the goal of 100% completeness and Zero Punch ListFuel your passion To be successful in this role you will:

Be fluent in English and Italian (oral and written)Have a Bachelor Degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Industrial are preferred) fields with basic experience in Manufacturing, Operations or Production Quality ControlAbility to analyze problems and identify root causesHave good problem-solving skillsHave excellent oral and written communication skillsShow teamwork and change agent attitudeAbility to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlinesStrong attention to detailsWork in a way that works for you We recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
