The Finance department is looking for a Finance Programmes Group Lead with the role of determining and implementing a series of harmonized end-to-end SAP processes throughout the MBDA Group using the new S / 4 HANA functionalityThe resource, as Group Lead of the Programmes Finance area, will deal with:

Drive Finance process harmonisation based upon the "out of the box" SAP solution, in particular in Finance Programmes (Programme / Project Control) Ensure information distribution, provide guidelines and relevant analysis towardsFinance Subject Matter Experts Align with Programmes, Manufacturing teams on how potential cross functional topics Align with local and group stakeholders and seek for timely feedback and validations Coordinate the impacts on the world of Operations and raise awareness among internal stakeholders; Collect and define thecommon requirements of the various Natco for the implementation of Sap4Hana, proposing common and standardized solutions Support S/4HANA data cleansing and migration strategyREQUIREMENTS:

Master's degree in Management engineering or economics Good knowledge of current Finance processes and predominantly SAP ECC and/or SAP BW Good knowledge of Finance relevant master data Fluent knowledge of English (B2/C1) Knowledge of Project managementCOMPETENCIES Forward thinking Willingness to work in an international and multifunctional team Results orientation Adaptability Influence (Willingness to support change management) Team playerJob InfoType:
