Job DescriptionWaddi Srl, a company specialized in personnel search and selection, is looking for a Meccanico Meccatronico Field Engineer with fluent knowledge of Romanian for an important Italian branch of a large Norwegian group, a leader in the production, installation, and maintenance of diesel engines used in the industrial sector for cogeneration and regeneration.
Who is our client? Founded in 1943 as an exclusive engine manufacturer, our client delivered its first engine in 1946.
The role and contextFor important expansion projects in Romania, you will be placed in a team of qualified experts who will support and accompany you in your professional growth in the engine sector, preparing you to be responsible for an important contract in Romania.
This role requires technical, managerial, and leadership skills.
You will be responsible for:
Assembly and testing of mechanical and mechatronic systemsInstallation and commissioning of advanced energy systemsFault diagnosis and preventive/corrective maintenance of complex systemsManagement and supervision of industrial sitesThe ideal profileWe are looking for a professional who wants to grow and qualify for the role of Leader for the supervision of facilities located in Romania and for new installations.
To apply successfully, you must possess:
Diploma in Mechanical, Mechatronic, or Electromechanical fieldsProven and solid experience as a technician in engine/electronic plants or background in the Naval Mechanical sector, cogeneration, or regenerationFluent knowledge of the Romanian languageKnowledge of the English languageDriving license category BWillingness to travel nationally and internationallyKnowledge of Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, OutlookWhat we offerDirect employment contract with a salary commensurate with autonomy and experience (from 35, 000 euros to 45, 000 euros)
