**Job Description**:

For one of the main stakeholder in Automotive sector we are searching for a **Mechanical Component DRE

Main activities of the role:

Create and manage the development plan of the component or subsystem

- Implement the functional requirements of the component for RFQs

Manage and drive the design and engineering of the component Develop source packages for suppliers, manage tech reviews and generate engineering score card for involved suppliers.

- Document and manage the risks in the development of the component (included the safety aspects)

- Establish and follow the virtual and physical validation plan of the component (design validation & process validation)

- Manage all of the development activities for the component as part of a cross functional team (design, engineering, simulation, purchasing, manufacturing, quality, logistics, project management, etc.

)

Initiate and coordinate the APQP with the supplier Initiate and drive a task force for all the issues concerning the component and generate or append the lesson learned document

Analyze and evaluate test results for the component Release the 2D and 3D of the component at each major milestone

- Write the Quality/Cost/Planning/Performance (QCPP) synthesis within the scope of the component and report to the Battery Pack DRE

Participate in the updating of the overall validation plans Work as part of a simultaneous engineering team to ensure part function and integration as part of an overall battery pack.

**Qualifications**:

- Engineering degree

- NX and/or TeamCenter

- PLM familiarity

- Capable to work as part of a collaborative team

- Able to work in an agile environment
