__________ We are looking for a MECHANICAL DESIGNER for IMA BFB.

IMA BFB is the division of IMA that designs and manufactures end-of-line machines such as, shrinkwrappers, case packers, palletizers and depalletizers.

Place of employment: Bentivoglio (BO).

JOB SUMMARY.

The mechanical designer is the figure who takes care of the development at the mechanical level of machine parts, assemblies and formed components; in general he/she is responsible for: Support management in defining the product development plan; Supporting the Sales department in the application of customer technical specifications; Interact with all entities in the division: with HW Design, SW PLC, SW HMI, and external technical departments.

Realize the mechanical solution of the plant in compliance with project timelines and safety.

Contribute to the preparation of the technical file of the machines.

Collaborate in conducting experimental tests of new assemblies or functions; Support the after-sales department in solving technical problems or on new requests made by the customer.

MUST HAVE At least 3-5 years or more experience in the role Experience on parametric 3d software.

NICE TO HAVE Bachelor's degree in Mechanical engineering (bachelor's or master's).

Previous experience on automated machines or systems (specifically winding machines) Experience on Creo Good knowledge of English language.
