Engineering firm in business for decades is seeking a Senior Mechanical Engineer in Nashville, Tennessee Responsibilities: Manage, direct and supervise projects including schedule and budget. Manage/direct internal design staff for total mechanical systems design for specific projects. Coordinate with external design teams. Make mechanical systems design calculations including hydraulic calculations, piping stress analysis, and energy/system modeling. Build/maintain client relationships and opportunities. Assist with preparation of project proposals (project write-ups, resumes, etc. ). Requirements: B. S. in Mechanical Engineering. 7 years of experience preferred. P. E. License. Project management experience. Knowledge of engineering theories/methodologies and project approach and system design. Salary is commensurate with experience.
