Job Description
Execution of building service within energy from waste plants from conceptual engineering phase till handing over of the systems to the Customer:
Responsible for cost, quality and time for mechanical building services (Process areas heating and ventilation, Admin building HVAC and Sanitaries, Building Management System, . . . ) Coordination and provision of Concept und Basic Engineering under consideration of internal and external interfaces Manage interfaces and coordinate engineering with other stakeholders (layout, civil, firefighting, electrical, process, construction, . . . ) Liaise with external engineering consultants and expedite their deliverables Preparation of technical specifications for the procurement packages Responsible for supplier selection and timely purchase order Supplier expediting during detail engineering (incl. documentation management and inspections) Active Collaboration with procurement, arrangement planning, civil department, electrical department and process departments Coordination of the construction works with regard to the integration of the plant as a whole, check of the interfaces for every single lot Ensure supplier compliance with HZI specifications (electrical & mechanical) and check of supplier documentation (datasheets, electrical documentation, mechanical documentation) Implementation of supplier data in our CAE tool COMOS Factory acceptances tests at supplier workshops and provision of installation and commissioning support Qualifications
Engineering Degree in the field of mechanical engineering Experience for>3 years in engineering preferably in plant engineering Good Process and Product knowledge First experience in the plant construction business Experience in dealing with suppliers and in procuring complex systems Experience with multidisciplinary project teams Competence in planning and organization, problem solving skills, high quality standards, assertiveness, team and communication skills With basis on experience, recognizes possible solutions, adapts and performs in different situations Fluent in English Additional Information
