Mechanical Quantity Surveyor - Data Centres

€4. 5-5k net pcm + accommodation, vehicle, rotation

This leading international M&E contractor is looking for a Mechanical Quantity Surveyor to work on a major Data Centre project in Milan.

The ideal candidate will have between 1-6 years' experience and will have strong pre & post contract experience.

Although not essential, Data Centre experience would be a huge advantage.

Other desirable project experience includes MEP packages on hi-tech manufacturing, rail, hospital fit out, cleanrooms/pharma, stadia, and airports.

Minimum Requirements: Experience of different forms of contract. Evidence of strong interpersonal and people management skills. Ability to multi-task.
