Job Purpose:

The purpose of the job is to ensure the operational maintenance of systems and tools related to machine life cycle; be the reference for troubleshooting or implementation of improvements for some machines and be responsible for BOMs and configurator of price list machines.

Responsibilities: Evaluate possibilities for cost reductions, optimizations, production flow improvements, and assembly ergonomics by gathering ideas, issues, and feedback. Execute necessary changes to the standard machines, after discussion with Product Management, Marketing, Customer Service, and Development functions. Manage bills of materials, standard components, and machines' entry lists of CAD configurator. Replace commercial components. Conduct mechanical drawing and structural calculations for mechanical design. Support the strategic sourcing and quality departments with technical advice on materials from external suppliers. Qualifications: Degree in Engineering or Technical Diploma. Knowledge of CAD 2D and 3D. Fluent spoken and written English and Italian. Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
