Our Client is a leading international Company operating in the Industrial sector and, in order to strengthen their R&D Department, they're looking for a Mechatronics Designer

**Posizione**:

Main activities and Accountability:

- Set the System Architecture and Technologies;

- Projecting Mechatronics Design Scheduling, Cost and Quality;

- Collaborate with other R&D and Company Department;

- Collaborate in the definition of System Architecture, Solutions and Technology Applications;

- Achieve the objectives within the defined time frame;

- Collaborate to ensures Mechatronics Design Quality;

- Work with team members and other hardware and/or software departments to address technical solution;

- Resolve opened tickets correctly;

- Design, assemble and test mechanical equipment dynamically;

- Simulate the static and dynamic behavior of mechanisms;

- Define, simulate, and test the management algorithms of a complex system;

- Define the working limits of mechanisms,

- Characterize and homologate electromechanical components;

- Write technical analysis reports;

- Have relationships with suppliers to find cutting-edge solutions.

**Requisiti**:

QUALIFICATION & SKILLS

- Engineering in the technical field (mechatronics engineering, mechanical engineering, physics, etc. )

with a strong technological knowhow on at least one major technology (e. g. , rubber system design);

- Knowledge of the principles of mechanics, electronics, and computer science;

- Knowledge of the principles of dynamics;

- Basic knowledge of programming languages (e. g. , LabView, Matlab, Python etc.

);

- Critical reasoning and problem-solving skills;

- Analytical and Decision-making skills;

- Creative ability;

- Good Communication skills;

- Ability to work in a team and meet project deadlines;

- CAD knowledge (preferable Solid Edge);

- PDM knowledge;

- Good knowledge of the English language;

- Assertiveness, high interpersonal competences.

EXTRA SKILLS

- Knowledge of electric motors (especially stepper motors) and their operation;

- Knowledge of electric motor control systems, especially stepper motors;

- Thorough knowledge of the LabView environment and its programming language.
