About this Position
As a Media & Digital Expert, you will lead the development and execution of offline and online media strategies for assigned brands.
You will play a pivotal role in shaping the brand's digital presence across touchpoints, driving innovative campaigns, and ensuring alignment with regional and global strategies.
Your analytical mindset, strategic thinking, and passion for digital trends will empower the organization to excel in the ever-evolving media landscape.
What you´ll do:
Plan, manage and execute the overall direction for global digital touchpoints and social media activities across global markets.
Plan, manage and execute special digital platform projects across global markets for a focused/all product category.
Conduct analysis of own/competitor's digital activities across relevant digital touchpoints for fast learning sharing and effective roll-outs.
Collect and analyze data from various departments and resources with regard to project KPIs for measurement and impact assessment.
Test and roll out new applications/functionality; implement and manage or support the implementation of digital campaigns and strategy development per brand cluster.
Collaborate with the global marketing team and creative agencies to organize effectively upgraded digital campaigns for launches/re-launches.
Translate the current communication strategy into a holistic mobile-first digital and touchpoint strategy.
Regularly connect and consult with SMU and markets, driving best-in-class digital execution; cross-fertilize knowledge across brands and markets.
Enable and consult markets to use global digital strategy and touchpoint recommendations to upgrade their market digital activities.

At least 4 years in a similar role.
Strategic Thinking: Align media and advertising strategies with business goals.
Media Expertise: Knowledge of offline and online media planning, social media, and digital touchpoints.
Campaign Management: Experience in managing and coordinating campaigns with external agencies.
Analytical Skills: Ability to measure KPIs, analyze performance, and assess competitor activities.
Digital Proficiency: Familiarity with digital marketing tools and emerging trends.
Project Management: Strong organizational and coordination skills for cross-functional teamwork.
