YOUR ROLE As the Media & Digital Manager, you will lead the development and execution of offline and online media strategies for assigned brands.
You will play a pivotal role in shaping the brand's digital presence across touchpoints, driving innovative campaigns, and ensuring alignment with regional and global strategies.
Your analytical mindset, strategic thinking, and passion for digital trends will empower the organization to excel in the ever-evolving media landscape.
Steer the offline and online media and advertising strategies for assigned brands, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
Plan, manage, and execute the direction for digital touchpoints and social media activities.
Brief, coordinate, and manage external agencies for planning, approvals, and reporting.
Implement and manage digital campaigns and strategies per brand cluster, collaborating with creative agencies to deliver exceptional launch/relaunch campaigns.
Analyze own and competitors' digital activities across all relevant touchpoints.
Collect and evaluate data from various departments to measure project KPIs and assess the impact of campaigns.
Test and roll out new applications and functionalities to stay ahead of digital trends.
Translate the current communication strategy into a comprehensive digital and touchpoint strategy, incorporating cutting-edge advancements like generative AI.
Collaborate with global and regional teams to implement best-in-class digital executions aligned with EU strategies.
Drive organizational upskilling on emerging digital trends and technologies.
