Descrizione lavoro: What You'll Be Doing We are looking for a person who wants to undertake a professional path starting from a role of Media & Digital Manager. Our Media and Digital Manager supports and shapes the future success of our brands through ATL communication key activities aimed at enhancing consumer engagement. This role reports to the Head of Integrated Communication and is part of the Marketing and Innovation Department. Your Activities Will Include Lead the business' relationships with communications agencies, building strategic partners and optimizing roster where needed. Partner with and influence Global & Local Brand Teams to deliver compelling, relevant, distinctive, media-ready creative platforms, and executions that drive equity, performance and make a mark in market. Champion the drive to ensure our brands are culturally relevant. Continuously innovate the company's approach to advertising, facilitating the transition to digital and leveraging corporate assets (e. g. first party data, retail media, ). Develop and elevate key media owner and digital relationships for all the brands in the portfolio, as part of the media strategy. Evolve and manage an integrated measurement framework able to provide key actionable insights. Evolve the digital marketing strategy in line with company objectives and supervise its implementation with the support of the marketing team. Directly manage media agency and key digital partners. Keep up to date with the strategic media and digital landscape and regularly share this information with key partners. Partner with Global team and Media and digital community on campaign measurement, optimization, evaluation, new tech, measurement platforms and best practice. Partner with Global team on a new approach to in-house marketing services (content, media & design) to deliver the most effective and accurate model. Ensure compliance with internal and external communication standards. Who We're Looking For Master's degree: Marketing preferably. Experience of almost 6 years in media and advertising roles, either in-house or with an agency. Proven skills in creating iconic brands and a track record of driving a brand proposition throughout an organization. Deep knowledge of media ecosystems and dynamics as well as media buying platforms. Experience building and implementing cross-channel audience frameworks. Proficiency in English and Italian - written and spoken. Capacity to work in a team and manage complex situations. Strong determination and results driven.
