**Job Description**:

Your **to-do list**:

- Developing relationships and acting as the intermediary for relevant international clients;

- Working in parallel with both the central capability team and local market teams to deliver the best results;

- Providing support to the client in developing media solutions at local market level (on request);

- Driving local market best practices and develop shared regional guidelines;

- Conducting competitive analysis**;

- Participating to the recurring progress meetings.

**Starcom** is looking for a **Media Account** for its Milan office!

You'll be involved in the** Delivery** Team.

**Qualifications**:

If in your **past experience**:

- You developed a professional and fluent knowledge of **English;

- You developed a professional knowledge of planning softwares and tools;

- You got at least 4 years of experience in the same role or similar role in a Media Agency.

If **you **are:

- able to work on **multiple projects** at the same time;

- great at working in **teams;

- excellent in **building relationships with clients and stakeholders** in an international environment;

- curious and proactive.
