Job Description

We are searching for an intern to serve as a media assistant for one of our large global clients across our network. The media assistant will deliver excellence in account management and work to provide client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will collaborate with teams around the world, forging strong relationships and supporting them in developing best in class media campaigns.

Your to-do list:

Provide assistance to the brand lead, owning various tasks in managing the day-to-day business. Become an expert on the brand and category. Support the brand lead in managing the client relationship through effective communication, problem solving, and responsiveness. Work with our cross-functional teams to collaborate on plan structure, development, and implementation. Attention to detail. You will need to be responsible for managing aspects of the brand globally. This role requires an organized and process-driven individual who can keep track of plans and briefs, while also managing deadlines. Work with internal teams in areas of planning, reporting, analytics, measurement. Task manager. You will need to develop a strong partnership with the brand lead in managing all projects for the client. Being a strong communicator who can take responsibility for select tasks and see them through. Taking pride in owning tasks and ensuring they are done accurately and on time. Global coordination. Work with our markets around the globe for the delivery of client needs. Implement existing processes and workflows while keeping our teams accountable for the tasks asked of them. Zenith is looking for a Media Account - extracurricular internship for its Milan offices!

Qualifications

If you have:

A study background in Media/Advertising/Communication;History of managing university communication projects with supervision;Interest in global/international project management;Basic understanding of digital media channels;Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Suite (Excel and PPT)Good ability to read and interpret data;Strong detail orientation;Good command of written and spoken English (C1/C2 level).
