Media Campaign Specialist
For one of the most fast-growing, dynamic and challenging Multinational Company, operating in FMCG industry, we are looking for a **Media Campaign Specialist**.
**Accountabilities**:
- Delivery of personalised campaigns for Paid Media inc. campaign strategy, planning, agency management, overseeing deployment and sharing results
- Work closely with the CRM and Web teams to deliver personalisation across multi-touchpoint consumer journeys
- Produce campaign & creative briefs for media projects
- Work with our European End Markets and media agencies to oversee campaign activation and optimisation
- Liaise with the Data teams and agencies to set up campaign tagging to track paid media effectiveness
- Foster relationships with external agencies or publishers - ensuring value from third parties is maximized
- Implement and monitor A/B and multi-variate tests to optimise for conversions and other performance metrics
- Proactively analyse opportunities and identify consumer behaviours that can be leveraged for testing
- Contribute to the development and identification of Growth Hub projects, prioritising programmes based on consumer, capability & commercial objectives
- Champion paid media best practice across Europe - leading trainings, and producing educational material
- Provide leadership, support, & expertise to junior colleagues, helping them to develop their careers and provide them with learning opportunities
- Contribute to the inclusive team culture where people are recognised for their contribution
**Requirements**:
- 4+ years' working with Paid Media platforms i. e. , DV360, Facebook, Google Ads, SA360
- Experience in planning, executing, managing, and optimising multi-channel personalised campaigns
- Experience using at least one industry leading Analytics tool, such as Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, IBM
- Ability to analysis performance and consumer data, identifying campaign optimisations and strategic audience segments
- DMP familiarity, including 1st party, 2nd party and 3rd party data management
- Commercially minded with a proven track record of driving ROI
- Understanding of media tagging and tracking technology i. e.
pixels, UTM tags and parameters
- Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to build relationships with external partners
- An ability to work as part of a team, working on multiple projects for multiple stakeholders at the same time
- Strong English language skills
