Your **to do list**:

- Support the activities related to the advertising spend invoicing, between the Media Controller team and local Media Agencies;

- Develop and maintain Weekly/Monthly Reporting on media campaigns both for internal and Intercompany purpose;

- Support in monitoring the accurate and on time updating of Media campaigns invoicing systems;

- Assist in creating policies and procedures to ensure proper alignment among Local Media Agencies, Trading, Administration and Finance Dept;

- Support in the Monthly closing related to the Trading spend activities;

Publicis Media is looking for** **a** **Media Controller Intern **for its Rome office!

**Qualifications

If in your **past experience**:

- ** Master Degree in Business Administration or Finance**:

- ** Good knowledge of Excel**:

- Great **analytical thinking** skills

- Excellent knowledge of English (written and spoken)

If **you **are:

- Detail-oriented

- Organized and multi-tasking

- Attentive to an high quality and accurate work

- Able to communicate effectively with colleagues from various teams

- Able to work in a fast-paced environment under tight deadlines, and balance multiple priorities

- Passionate for numerical analysis.
