YOUR RESPONSIBILITIESEnsure consistent branding by implementing corporate design guidelines across all media channelsDesign and refine templates for digital and print applications and adapt designs across platformsPrepare production-ready files for digital and print formats, ensuring accuracy and high qualityEdit and enhance visuals, including retouching, compositing and optimising images to meet creative and technical standardsDevelop layouts and typography, including typesetting and final artwork, to meet diverse project needsConceptualise and produce visual content for branding, advertising, brochures and product packagingOptimise and adapt visuals, such as images and illustrations, to meet marketing objectives and technical specificationsSupport the creation of digital content by contributing to and collaborating on the development of compelling multimedia assetsYOUR QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLSDegree in design, marketing, fine arts or related field is preferredProven professional experience in graphic design, as evidenced by a strong portfolio of work, including illustrations, layouts and other designsSolid foundation in graphic design principles, including composition, form and colour theoryProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator (familiarity with Lightroom, Acrobat Pro and other tools is a plus)Practical knowledge of design for both print and digital media, technical product understanding an advantageDetail-oriented with a keen eye for aesthetics and precision in the execution of designsFluent in English, knowledge of German or Italian a plusOUR COMMITMENTInnovative work environment in a young, dynamic teamHigh-tech projects in the future-proof sector of e-mobilityOpportunities for advancement in a growing companyA wide range of further training opportunitiesAttractive bonus system and performance-related payAdditional company benefitsWHY ALPITRONICTogether with our customers, we are driving the world towards sustainable mobility – with cutting-edge technology, we inspire with the most innovative and reliable solutions.
