We are looking for a passionate Media Operations Lead to join our brilliant team of digital professionals.

You will play a key role in our organization supporting and defining our paid media vision and the relationship with our key clients.

**The Role**:
As the Media Operations Lead you will be responsible for:
- Coordinating, building, and overseeing digital strategies on existing clients, leading the digital specialists dedicated to clients;
- Working with all the objectives throughout the full marketing funnel: awareness, consideration, and conversion;
- Responding to briefs, collaborating with cross-media teams to deliver a complete strategy, managing the allocation of media budget cross-channel;
- Ensure campaigns are built and activated on time, aligned with wider media plans and flighting, and optimized to achieve KPIs and business objectives;
- Conduct audience research, segmentation, and activation against focusing on client objectives and targets;
- Deliver data analysis in order to adjust strategies in coordination with clients;
- Stay up to date on the latest products, trends, and ADV platforms;
- Being responsible for budget allocation, forecasting, and pacing analysis;
- Taking ownership of campaign data analysis, reporting, and data presentation.
**Your profile**:
- 5+ years of experience in a digital marketing environment with first-hand experience in media or social media agencies, working on Search and social advertising platforms;
- University Degree in Economics, Business Administration, or Marketing
- Fluent in Italian and good knowledge of business English is a must (Spanish would be a plus)
- Proven experience in managing retail/e-commerce campaigns with a strong focus on ROI
- Proven expert knowledge in Google Ads and Bing Ads, knowledge of SA360 is a plus
- Extended knowledge of Google Shopping and Feed management
- Proven expert knowledge in Meta Ads and/or TikTok Ads
- Capability to manage campaigns to respond to both awareness and conversion objectives.
- Deep understanding of cross-channel measurement and strategy implementation.
- Strong experience with performance campaigns for e-commerce is a plus
- Stunning skills such: as organizational abilities, taking ownership, analytical mindset, proactivity, attention to detail, strict deadlines
- Knowledge of Google Analytics is a plus.
