We are looking for a Media Product Consultant to be employed in our Milan office, inside the Unit Media Product & Innovation.

To strengthen the team, today involved in a strategic expansion considering it as an accelerator of the digital growth of dentsu clients, we are looking for a person who combines platform expertise with strategic thinking on digital and programmatic environments, confident that he can fit into a dedicated team to offer flexible and high-performance product solutions.

The role we are looking for offers the opportunity focusing on the development of new media, data, tech and creative solutions.

Job Description: The ideal candidate is familiar with the digital ecosystem and has a background knowledge of the main platforms (programmatic / biddable).

The role involves contributing to internal product development, bringing ideas and insights for the constant evolution of the product.

Proactivity is essential for the strategic aspect of contributing to the birth and diffusion of new products that have a media component, enhanced by the advanced use of data and technology.

In addition, the role requires the ability to collaborate and liaise with client management teams to understand campaign needs and formulate the best product strategy.

You will be be responsible for proposal creation, execution of activities, campaign monitoring and optimisation, as well as reporting/rationals/insight and possible troubleshooting with all stakeholders.

An aptitude for innovation and curiosity about new solutions are fundamental components, as is an interest in continuous updating, also through specific training, on adtech solutions.

Education and Work Experience Requirements:

Online marketing and advertising solutions experience;

Knowledge of Programmatic Buying ecosystem even if it's from supply side;

Great teamworker and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service;

Personal Specification/Skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills;

Detail-oriented, self-motivated and able to work in a team.
