We're looking for a motivated and driven Sales Manager - Out-of-Home Advertising who will help us shape our team, drive the company to the next level, and play a key role in driving revenue for the business.

Working alongside the Media Sales team, this role will be responsible for acquiring and delivering tailor made campaign solutions for advertisers who will be able to leverage the Flix brand for their business by using our out of home inventory.

You will be comfortable with understanding client business needs and turning these into creative out of home solutions.

Your Tasks - Paint the world green

- You are responsible for sales generation, negotiation and managing our advertising campaigns as an account manager

- You proactively build and maintain professional and profitable relationships with agencies and clients, you are working in a manner that best suits their individual needs, generating incremental revenue for thebusiness

- You identify new business opportunities with new and existing advertisers

- You implement strategies which will deliver against revenue targets

- You have an understanding of other media channels and how OOH fits within the overall media mix

- You work with the Brand team to develop creative opportunities

- You work with bus partners and our business development team to execute campaigns

Your Profile - Ready to hop on board

- You graduated from degree in Business and Management, Marketing, or other relatedfield

- You are passionate in Sales and have ideally 1-2 years of experience in Sales, particularly selling out of home advertising

- You have proven experience in managing the delivery of campaigns from brief through booking and implementation

- You have good networks with agencies and able to build strong and productive relationships

- You are a self-starter with the ability to prioritize in order to meet deadlines and manage clients expectation

- You have a growth mindset and you are a strategic thinker

- You have excellent communication and presentation skills

- Fluent in English, any other language is a plus
