**MISSION
Within the Maserati
**Digital Marketing CRM & e-commerce team**, the media specialist reports directly to the Media & Analytics Manager and is primarily responsible for the following activities:
- Help define the **global media strategy** and **support** regions/markets with the local implementation.
- Oversee **media operations** across all Maserati countries, working hand in hand with local marketing teams and with agency partners.
- Manage the **relationship** with the **global media agency**, ensuring that the partnership remains close and collaborative for both parties, and that the business benefits directly from this investment.
- Assist regional Marketing Directors in the management of their local media team relationships.
- Manage **central campaigns** through all phases (from brief to the agency execution).
- Work with internal stakeholders (Digital, CRM, Influencer social media) on shared projects and **KPIs reporting**.
- Work with external stakeholders (e. g. , Google, LinkedIn) to **bring innovation** and potential pilot projects for the regions/markets.
- Work with the agency to **improve** the **reporting tools**, ensuring data consistency among the different sources.
**REQUIREMENTS**:
- University degree, desirable, in Business, Marketing, Media Management, or related fields.
- **2-3 years of experience** in Marketing/ Media / Digital.
- Ability to connect the "media dots" to evaluate the impact of media spending and derive insights for next campaigns.
- Previous experience in developing, planning, and **activating integrated media campaigns**.
- Autonomy in **media agency management**.
- Literacy with the MS Office suite (especially **Excel**).
- Fluent in **English** (at least C1).
- Excellent analytical, communication and presentation skills.
