**Your key responsibilities**:

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Coordinates clinical program(s) across indications, carrying out medical strategy for development and marketed products in a defined therapeutic area.

- Conduct study start-up activities such as being responsible for protocol development, CRF development, Informed Consent Form development.

- Being responsible for assuring aligned communication with Country/Cluster Clinical Research Associates, Managers and other key stakeholders on the execution and progress of the clinical studies.

- Identify new sites for clinical trials; analyze capability and make recommendation for trial inclusion.

Facilitate preparation and collection of site level documents; resolve problems as required.

Supervise trial execution milestones; identify problems; resolve issues and bring up as appropriate.

- Complete preparation/generation of study monitoring reports.

**Minimum requirements

**What you'll bring to the role**:

- English and Italian: proficient

- Scientific background (Medical Degree preferred)

- At least 1 year of proven experience in hematology field
