The Country Medical Director will be responsible for the functions of Medical Affairs and, in some instance, Regulatory Affairs, and/or Pharmacovigilance / Drug Safety / (Global) Clinical Operations at the Local Operating Company (LOC) level.
He/she will lead a team of employees supporting these functions to achieve its Purpose: that every patient who benefit more from Janssen treatments than the alternative gets them.
He/She will partner with colleagues across the LOC and EMEA region to set Medical Affairs strategies, goals, priorities, and activities.
To drive strategy, he/she will stay at the forefront of innovation, build business partnerships, champion change initiatives and ensure excellence in execution.
