You will analyze the market to implement new ideas and opportunities.
As an expert professional in your area, you will provide scientific and technical support internally and transmit it effectively to customers and KOLs.
In this role you will:Manage the scientific approach of Sysmex Diagnostic products in coordination with Business Line Managers (BLMs) and Marketing Manager (MM), to satisfy customer needs better than the competition.
Plan, implement, and finalize the execution of clinical studies with customers to generate clinical value of Diagnostics products.
Perform internal analysis and review of clinical evidence and guidelines relevant for the Diagnostics business unit.
Stay up to date with the latest clinical guidelines and scientific evidence related to Diagnostics.
Maintain customer contact in collaboration with BLMs and Field Sales Representatives (FSRs).
Support BLMs in scientific promotional activities like congresses and publicity.
Provide field support to the sales force and application specialists on clinical inquiries.
Deliver credible presentations on scientific matters to physicians.
Produce and update scientific presentations based on new clinical evidence.
Support investigators on IRB/IEC procedures.
Lead the transformation from data to a published scientific paper.
Monitor and support investigators on the submission process.
Job Requirements:Bachelor's and/or master's degree in science (biology, biomedicine or similar).
Master's degree in clinical studies.
Informatics: MS Office, Excel, database, CRM.
Languages: fluent Italian and English.
Technical knowledge of products/IVD Industry.
Minimum 1 year in a medical department, ideally 2+ years in a similar position.
