Randstad Inhouse Services, pharma division, is looking for a Medical Compliance Advisor on behalf of Pfizer srl, Rome office, to be hired with a 12-month contract.

RESPONSIBILITIESManagement of local medical activities and business support at the market level. Implementation of continuous Medical inspection readiness efforts in collaboration with applicable headquarters inspections management teams, Business Units, and Platform Line representatives. Support in management of global audits at Country level including management of audit Corrective & Preventive Actions (CAPAs). Support in management of Corporate Audit requests as appropriate. Support in management of Quality Events and Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPAs). Facilitate local implementation of global procedures and ensure relevant communication is cascaded accordingly. Facilitate local training compliance reporting for in-country Medical Affairs, as needed. Ensure the correct implementation of medical activities in full compliance with local regulation. Ensure the proper support to the activities included in the team responsibilities. Requisiti: The ideal candidate possesses:Scientific university degree and previous experience in compliance/procedural management, auditing, quality assurance/control or related field. Understanding the local promotional and regulatory compliance environment. Fluent English. High level of proficiency in using Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, BusinessObjects. Expertise in managing multiple complex projects. Consultancy skills. Ability to work independently and manage conflicts. Verbal, written and presentation skills. Collaboration, interpersonal and facilitation skills. Skills in continuous improvement and/or organizational effectiveness. Demonstrate sensitivity in managing relationships and ability to build collaborative work relationships with colleagues and collaborators both internal and external to the organization. Collaborate efficiently across functional and national boundaries, respecting communication, functional priorities and cultural differences in interpersonal relationships.
