Position Summary
Responsible for ethically and science based building the image of and the role of Nestle Infant products in the 1st 1000 days, with Health Care Professionals and institutions, within a specified territory, in order to compliantly drive recommendation/advocacy /prescriptions for these products.
A day in the life of Medical Delegate
**Compliance**: Using the Code Management system for the specific market as the guiding document for all daily activities, to assist the leadership team to ensure that all activities within the team and region, comply with the WHO International Code for the marketing of Breastmilk substitutes, Nestlé Instructions and the local Code.
Manage the assigned territory as per the requirements and guidelines set for Masterdata management/ HCP classification/ HCP and HCI segmentation, masterschedule planning, HCP call rate, call strike rate, HCP surveys and gathering of data for insights that can drive the marketing
- and territory action plans.
The creation and execution of a territory specific action plan to contribute to the outputs required by the national
- and regional business plans.
