Providing written or verbal responses to healthcare professionals, consumers, and employees requesting medical/product information

- Utilizing a database of Standard Response Documents in response to inquires

- Processing, tracking and archiving all inquiries via a CRM database

- Recognizing, obtaining pertinent data on, and accurately transmitting any reported adverse events or product complaints to the appropriate internal departments in a timely manner

- Interacting with global teams and other Company affiliates and ensuring the proper triage of queries.

Medical Information will participate in the delivery of medical information on both marketed products and those in clinical development; and the initial collection of adverse event reports and product complaints.

Additional responsibilities will include: local content development or maintenance; process optimization; multichannel access to non-promotional information.

This position may participate in the development of departmental quality and performance metrics, local training and policies and procedures (guidelines, SOP and work instructions) connected with fulfillment of its operational responsibilities

Laurea scientifica (Farmacia, CTF preferenziali)|Esperienza in Medical Information

**Specific Education & Experience Requirements**:

Typically requires a Pharm. D.

degree and 3+ years of relevant experience.

Prior Drug Information or pharmaceutical industry experience required.

Fluent English.

Excellent verbal and written communications skills, as well as excellent customer service skills are required.

Must have a broad knowledge and understanding of products and diseases that allow for independent provision of complex non-promotional information that is accurate and meets all regulatory requirements.

Thorough grounding in clinical pharmacotherapy, medicines regulations and clinical development is essential.

Must be able to develop and maintain good working relationships with internal departments and external contacts.
