In order to ensure an effective presence in the company's therapeutic area, you also implement scientific initiatives (clinical, epidemiological, observational trials, etc.

), following in strategical/tactical plan as for Brand Plan, meeting the timelines and costs and in compliance with Company's standards and the legislation in force. Tasks & Accountabilities Support Brand Team functions in pre-marketing, launch and post-launch for medical-scientific information/ activities for the therapeutic area of competence, including digital editorial plan and leading the digital transformationEnsure international relations with Corporate Medical Affairs to define communication strategies and develop medical/scientific initiativesEnsure publication of national Trial results in scientific journals and collaborate in defining scientific communication activities as part of congresses for therapeutic area of competence, in co-operation with Experts, in order to enhance the scientific profile of assigned productsProvide Local Regulatory Affairs with the scientific advice needed to draw up the documentation required by Regulatory Authorities and for all related activities, in order to comply with the laws and regulationsEnsure employee management, development and training, as well as technical training, in order to foster motivation, professional adequacy and effectivenessRequirementsUniversity Master degree in Medicine (MD)At least 5 years of experience in a pharmaceutical company in roles of increasing responsibility, with significant senior leadership experience in Medical AffairsExperience in people management and ability to lead, engage and inspireNative level of Italian language and excellent command of the English languageAct with an open mind to face internal and external transformationStrong cross functional collaboration skills and project management skills #J-18808-Ljbffr
