Humanitas Research Hospital is looking for a medical proposal writer who will provide support for the development, writing and submission of Horizon Europe grant proposals in the area of health research, ensuring that they comply with the guidelines of the European Commission.

The freelancer will receive financial/legal/administrative guidance on internal procedures from Humanitas Grants Officers, strategic advice from the EU Funding Director (based in Brussels) and scientific guidance from the Senior Principal Investigator and their scientific team.

**Activities**:

- Support the Principal Investigator (Lead Partner) in creating and maintaining relationships with Partners during the proposal preparation

- Give instructions to the partners and organise the proposal preparation work (timeplan, expected scientific contributions, reviews, budgeting)

- Conduct literature reviews and summarise data from clinical studies for grant proposals

- Contribute to the writing of medical technical proposals from the concept note to the submission (medical background required)

- Ensure consistency and compliance of the proposals and create added value suggesting adjustments

**Qualifications (mandatory)**:

- Master's Degree in Public Health/Health Sciences/Health Policy/or other related field required

- Experience in contract and grant proposal formats, preparation, submission and administration

- Former Horizon Europe experience is a big plus
