HybridJob DescriptionThe Medical Sales Representative promotes medical products to healthcare professionals, educating them on the benefits and features of these products.
They build and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring they stay informed about new products and industry trends.
The role involves extensive travel and meeting sales targets. Key ResponsibilitiesImplement sales and direct sale plans to maximize sales opportunities through promotion of technical and non-technical products to healthcare providers, hospitals, and private clinics. Track and monitor lead generation plans to ensure a substantive sales opportunity pipeline. Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, customer support, and logistics to ensure seamless service to healthcare professionals. Maintain or build relationships with present, new, and future stakeholders. Skills & QualificationsPrevious experience in sales, particularly in the pharmaceutical area with focus on dermatology or other therapeutic areas, is highly valued.
Understanding of medical products and terminology is crucial. Strong scientific background (Decreto Legislativo 219/2006). Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and healthcare providers. Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and a strong understanding of sales processes. Intermediate English needed. Excellent communication skills. Customer service skills.
