Medical Sales Representative - Roma Centro/Nord Location: Roma Salary: EUR 30. 000 - 50. 000 Job Title: Medical Sales Representative Galderma is the emerging pure-play dermatology category leader, present in approximately 90 countries. We deliver an innovative, science-based portfolio of premium flagship brands and services that span the full spectrum of the fast-growing dermatology market through Injectable Aesthetics, Dermatological Skincare and Therapeutic Dermatology. The Medical Sales Representative promotes and sells medical products to healthcare professionals, educating them on the benefits and features of these products. They build and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring they stay informed about new products and industry trends. The role involves extensive travel and meeting sales targets. Key Responsibilities Implement Sales / Direct Sale plans and processes to maximize sales opportunity through promotion and sale of products and services directly to current and new end customers. Track and monitor lead generation plans to ensure a substantive sales opportunity pipeline. Execute Sales / Direct Sales processes and policies ensuring product/brand sales volumes and profit targets are met. Collaborate on Sales / Direct Sales activities informing customers of new product/service introductions and prices. Skills & Qualifications Previous experience in sales, particularly in the pharmaceutical area with focus on dermatology, or other therapeutic area, is highly valued. Understanding of the benefits, certifications, and regulations related to biological products, market, current trends and consumer preferences. Understanding of medical products and terminology is crucial. Strong scientific background (Bachelor's or master's degree in Pharmacy or related field). Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and healthcare providers. Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and a strong understanding of sales processes. Intermediate English needed. Customer Service Skills.
