Medical Science Liaison Italy: 12 month Fixed Term Contract Apply locations Seqirus Italy - Remote Time type: Full time Posted on: Posted 2 Days Ago Time left to apply: End Date: February 24, 2025 (4 days left to apply) Job requisition id: R-250484 Role Overview The MSL is a field-based medical professional responsible for providing medical & scientific information for the Seqirus vaccines with a focus on Italy.

This role requires high level of collaboration with medical and commercial operations functions to ensure activities are in line with Seqirus strategic objectives as well as ensure to act in compliance and respect of all national laws and regulations and Seqirus compliance standards.

This role aims to build strong and durable relationships to key opinion leaders, decision makers, and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities Communicate new and other important approved medical content to targeted health care professionals (HCPs) in local, regional or national capacities.

Provide externally truthful, accurate and scientifically supported information in response to unsolicited medical requests from HCPs and other stakeholders.

Provide internally product and indication expertise for any Seqirus/CSL colleague.

Deliver presentations to relevant stakeholders in accordance with the designated medical strategy established by the European and Global Medical Affairs team.

Facilitate communication between HCPs and HCOs, any healthcare decision maker and Medical Affairs colleagues.

Facilitate both Seqirus sponsored clinical trials, collaborative research, and investigator-initiated research activities.

Facilitate and support Medical Affairs contribution to awareness and education of all stakeholders.

Search actively for customer insights that contribute to the development of product medical strategies.

Engage and collaborate with Market Access, Sales Team, Customer Services, regulatory department, Communications and Medical Affairs teams.

Act at all times in a manner that is consistent with the Seqirus values and behaviors.

Ensure compliance with all internal and external policies, procedures and regulations.

Participate to all compliance training in line with timelines and Code of Practice requirements.

Contribute to internal signatory/approval process.

Qualifications, Skills, and Experience Minimum of 3 years of experience including 2 or more years in clinical and/or health services education or research (preferably in the pharmaceutical industry).

Experience in infectious diseases, epidemiology, vaccines, and public health.

Fluent in English and Italian.

Excellent oral and written communication skills in Italian and English.

Excellent and demonstrated interpersonal skills.

Excellent use of modern communication tools and platforms.

Willingness for travelling throughout Italy and abroad; flexibility to travel up to 50-60% of time.

Ability to manage multiple projects while prioritizing effectively.

Utilize and adopt new digital technology and resources with medical stakeholders.
