Job Description

**THE ROLE

- Build the scientific-medical-marketing strategy in alignment with Global strategy, in order to support local needs (Italian Market).

- Lead medical scientific initiatives i. e.

advisory boards, roundtable discussion, clinical test, clinical trials, publications, etc.

- Develop scientific agenda for CME meetings (i. e.

symposium, congress, train the trainers, workshops) and participate in relevant CME in collaboration with Marketing team.

- Collaborate and share with Global Team the clinical development plan and communication strategy in order to create synergy and share best practices.

- Be the spokesperson and communicate Company's and products values from a scientific perspective to internal and external stakeholders.

- Working closely with legal and compliance department to ensure the clinical and scientific development.

- Develop and review promotional materials for products portfolio for Italian market.

- Ensure appropriate training to maintain excellent levels of scientific and medical knowledge to external and internal stakeholders.

- Understand the legal and compliance environment and drive collaboration with the Legal and Compliance team.

**JOB REQUIREMENTS

- Medical Degree is mandatory

- At least 5 years' experience in the biopharmaceutical companies, in medical marketing department or clinical research areas, with previous experiences in relevant therapeutic areas will be a plus point

- Previous experience in leading scientific-medical-marketing initiatives and publications.

- English fluent, both written and spoken

- Excellent communication and public speaking skills

- Ability to work in cross functional and in different project teams

- Up to 20% overnight travel, including abroad required
