Pfizer is hiring a Passionate, Talented, Innovative, Charismatic MSR Advisor in Endocrine Therapeutic Area in Rare Disease Medical Affairs Department.
The hiring of the MSR Advisor fits the iTALent purpose, providing a rare growth and development opportunity to lead scientific innovation in our Rare Disease Therapeutic Areas.
The MSR Advisor will report to the Italy Rare Disease Medical Director.
**Contract duration: temporary 12 months
**Why Patients Need You**:**MSR Advisor will join Rare Disease Medical Team and will be responsible for Endocrine for selected regions in Italy.
**Will have direct relationships with healthcare professionals and research centers focused on increasing quality of partnerships to share the common final objective: patient's health improvement.
**Will actively contribute to Medical Affairs transformation included digital transformation.

- External Ambassador: Leading the scientific conversation to positively influence the external environment.
- Transform our "go to market model": act as critical change agent leveraging on medical and scientific capabilities to lead acceleration of new capabilities, including digital and multi-channel medical.
**Primary Responsibilities**:
- Provide external and internal, therapeutic Area/BU relevant patient-centric medical, and scientific know-how.
- Ensure appropriate use of medicinal products, through medical professionalism, engagement in long-term peer-to-peer customer relationships, generation, and medical-to-medical communication of relevant data.
- Integrate customer medical insights into the country medical and brand strategy, provide medical and scientific strategic support to the regional medical team, medical leadership to the country brand team, country and / or local XFTs, drive implementation of the country medical plan.
- Provide medical affairs leadership to the clinical development and registration process of pipeline compounds in the relevant TA, and to the post-approval Life Cycle Management
**What You Offer**:
- Medicine degree is required, specialty training or PhD is strongly preferred
- 3 years industry or academic experience or clinical experience is required
- Experience in conducting clinical research activities is strongly preferred
- Knowledge of clinical development processes
- General knowledge in the relevant Therapeutic Area is preferred
- Fluent English plus local language
- Excellent communication and public speaking skills
