Job DescriptionThe candidate will be reporting to Group Project Governance, within Chief Planning & Performance Office of Nexi Group, in an organisation working seamlessly across all European countries and all Nexi Businesses & Regions, with the objective of governing projects, steering key strategic initiatives approvals and monitoring overall investment portfolio from Financial perspective. The candidate will actively contribute to continuously improve project processes and efficiency, having the unique opportunity to develop a Group-wide view of project portfolio while impacting key investment decisions, also working in strict collaboration with Strategic Planning team. The candidate will be responsible for the governance of the investments' portfolio of Nexi Group, in particular he/she will:Build and maintain Nexi Group Project Portfolio, in terms of:Project description: Initiative type, main objectives, key stakeholders impacted, . . . Benefit case: Incremental revenues, synergies, . . . Financial data: Budget owner, approved budget, actuals, . . . Current status: Project Gantt, operational progress, estimated end date, . . . Drive Projects Budget Process, in strict collaboration with Strategic Planning team, in terms of:Allocating right-sized investments to all Group's ExCo members and Budget Owners;Allocating right-sized mix of Capex/opex/NRI together with Internals vs External mix and IT / NON IT to all ExCo members and Budget Owners;Ensuring a constant and consistent alignment across all key relevant stakeholders involved in the Budget Process (BUs, Regions, IT, Operations, etc.
);Designing budget process and continuously improving it. Follow Projects Forecast Process in strict collaboration with Strategic Planning team, in terms of:Designing forecast process and continuously improving it;Collecting, consolidating and sound-checking vs overall Group investment strategy all needs coming from Budget Owners. Drive Projects Approval Process, ensuring right-sized approvals in terms of:Funding, ensuring availability of budget and making sure the investment is in line with overall Group's strategy;Documentation, ensuring audit-proof decks, with all due requirements and approvals;Business Cases, ensuring positive returns on investments and making sure base and alternative scenarios / sensitivity analyses are included and solid;Budget release, ensuring right-sized budget is released and made available to spenders. Manage Project Committees in terms of:Steering needed approvals' sessions with Group CFO/CEO and all relevant needed ExCo members;Ensuring strong and solid documentation availability to drive a consistent decision-making. The candidate will have:Master or equivalent in Engineering / EconomicsExcellent English / Italian language skillsPositive attitude to work under pressureExcellent Excel / PowerPoint skillsExperience in communication with top management levelExperience and / or knowledge of payments industry is a plus5-10 year experience, consultant background is a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr
