**Job Summary**:
The Information Desk Intern will provide essential support to the Information Desk team, delivering exceptional service to members and guests.
This internship offers valuable hands-on experience in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
The intern will assist with inquiries, provide information, and contribute to the smooth operation of the information desk.
**Responsibilities**:
- **Guest/Member Interaction**:
- Greet and welcome members and guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Assist with directions, recommendations, and information about hotel/club services, local attractions, and events.
- Handle and resolve guest/member concerns or complaints with courtesy and efficiency, escalating issues as needed.
- **Information Management**:
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hotel/club services, facilities, and local information.
- Organize and maintain information materials, brochures.
- Assist in managing reservations, bookings, and appointments.
- Accurately record and relay messages.
- **Administrative Support**:
- Assist with administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and photocopying.
- Help maintain a clean and organized information desk area.
- Assist with handling mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Assist with the use of hotel software.
- **Team Collaboration**:
- Work effectively with other front office staff and departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Assist in other front office duties as assigned.
**Qualifications**:
- **Education**:
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a hospitality, tourism, or related program.
- **Skills**:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to speak multiple languages is a plus.
- **Personal Attributes**:
- Friendly, enthusiastic, and positive attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new situations.

Contratto di lavoro: Tirocinio formativo/stage
Durata contratto: 6 mesi
Retribuzione: €600, 00 al mese
