We're an innovative community that brings together culturally-minded individuals in the luxury lifestyle space. Role Overview:We're seeking a dynamic Membership & Community Manager to drive member acquisition, nurture our community, and ensure an exceptional member experience.

This role is crucial in shaping and growing our exclusive community. Key Responsibilities:MEMBERSHIP GROWTH (40%):Drive member acquisition strategy and executionConduct member interviews and selection processManage the full sales pipeline from prospect to closeCreate compelling membership presentationsTrack and report on membership KPIsDevelop and maintain relationships with potential membersMeet monthly membership targetsCOMMUNITY MANAGEMENT (40%):Build and nurture strong relationships with existing membersCreate engagement strategies to enhance member experienceFacilitate meaningful connections between membersManage member communications and newslettersHandle member requests and inquiriesMaintain detailed member databaseOrganize and attend member eventsGather and act on member feedbackSTRATEGIC DEVELOPMENT (20%):Identify opportunities for membership program enhancementCollaborate with events team on member programmingDevelop member retention strategiesCreate monthly reports on community healthContribute to marketing and communication strategiesRequired Qualifications:2-3 years experience in membership, sales, or community managementFluent in English and Italian (mandatory)Strong interpersonal and networking skillsExperience in luxury, hospitality, or private members' clubsExcellent written and verbal communicationProven track record in relationship buildingStrong organizational and multitasking abilitiesProficiency in CRM systemsAvailable for evening eventsPersonal Qualities:Natural connector and relationship builderDiplomatic and discreteCultural awareness and sophisticationProfessional presenceSelf-motivated and results-drivenProblem-solver with attention to detailPassion for arts, culture, and luxury lifestyleWhat We Offer:Competitive base salary + commission structureOpportunity to shape an exclusive communityAccess to high-profile events and networkingProfessional development opportunitiesExposure to Milan's cultural and business eliteLocation: Milan, ItalyType: Full-timeStart Date: ImmediateTo Apply:Please send your CV and a cover letter explaining:1.
