MEMBERSHIP & COMMUNITY MANAGER | The Robin, Milan Full-Time Position About Us: The Robin is Milan's premier private members' club, connecting international professionals through cultural experiences and exclusive events. Role Overview: We're seeking a dynamic Membership & Community Manager to drive member acquisition, nurture our community, and ensure an exceptional member experience. This role is crucial in shaping and growing our exclusive community. Key Responsibilities: MEMBERSHIP GROWTH (40%): Drive member acquisition strategy and execution Conduct member interviews and selection process Manage the full sales pipeline from prospect to close Create compelling membership presentations Track and report on membership KPIs Develop and maintain relationships with potential members Meet monthly membership targets COMMUNITY MANAGEMENT (40%): Build and nurture strong relationships with existing members Create engagement strategies to enhance member experience Facilitate meaningful connections between members Manage member communications and newsletters Handle member requests and inquiries Maintain detailed member database Organize and attend member events Gather and act on member feedback STRATEGIC DEVELOPMENT (20%): Identify opportunities for membership program enhancement Collaborate with events team on member programming Develop member retention strategies Create monthly reports on community health Contribute to marketing and communication strategies Required Qualifications: 2-3 years experience in membership, sales, or community management Fluent in English and Italian (mandatory) Strong interpersonal and networking skills Experience in luxury, hospitality, or private members' clubs Excellent written and verbal communication Proven track record in relationship building Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Proficiency in CRM systems Available for evening events Personal Qualities: Natural connector and relationship builder Diplomatic and discrete Cultural awareness and sophistication Professional presence Self-motivated and results-driven Problem-solver with attention to detail Passion for arts, culture, and luxury lifestyle What We Offer: Competitive base salary commission structure Opportunity to shape an exclusive community Access to high-profile events and networking Professional development opportunities Exposure to Milan's cultural and business elite Location: Milan, Italy Type: Full-time Start Date: Immediate To Apply: Please send your CV and a cover letter explaining: 1.
