Are you a MEP Design Manager looking for your next contract role?

We have a fantastic opportunity for our valued client for a brand-new PV Factory project based in Milan.

**Design Manager Responsibilities**:

Work with the Project Manager to define MEP design activities plan and MEP scope of works

Act as a point of contact to Client for design works or queries

Coordinate all disciplines to have a smooth proceeding and efficient process

Verify and approve main design solutions and concepts

Assure that the design developed is according to Client's requirements

Assure that the design is in accordance with the project budget constraints

Complete the design within the defined project schedule

Assure that the standards, rules, norms and laws are taken into account by system engineers

Define the design database access and utilisation parameters

Work with the Project manager to build the design team, utilising internal and external resources

Initiate and chair intra-disciplinary and interdisciplinary design reviews

Overview Modelling activities

**About you**:

Semi-conductor or pharmaceutical industry experience (essential)

**MEP Design Experience in the following systems**: Cleanrooms, HVAC, Piping (hot water, cold water and steam), electrical power, instrumentation and controls, ultra-pure water, wastewater treatment and process gasses

Firm concept of technical concepts, technical design solutions and design procedures

Knowledge of BIM/Revit (beneficial)

5 + years' direct experience in design co-ordination

5 + years' experience in facilities design (mechanical or electrical).

Experienced at delivering highly efficient projects for state-of-the-art Data Centres, Pharma, Semi
