Duties and Responsibilities: Drives consulting engineering and PM assignments on small and/or large projects Drafts audit reports and associated technical specifications Compiles and analyses offers from general contractors Ensures the drafting of deliverables (proposals, descriptions, reports, notes, minutes), reviews and validates the deliverables produced by design teams (draftsmen, design engineers) Organizes, plans, and prioritizes projects or missions Monitors the progress of projects until delivery/handover in compliance with contractual commitments Identifies constraints and proposes solutions Ensures the coordination of projects Prepares, leads, and manages client meetings for projects Ensures regular and accurate reporting throughout the project Manages, reviews, and approves technical designs presents reporting and conclusions Drives and manages operations prior to acceptance and commissioning phases Carries out constant monitoring of technologies and construction standards watch Promotes the entire portfolio of company offers to existing customer accounts Professional Experience & Education/Competencies: Mandatory: MEP expertise in construction projects at industrial scale Expertise in project management English: Professional proficiency Relevant international experience Knowledge in Data Centres French: B2/C1 Spanish: B2/C1 PMP Certification Seniority Level Mid-Senior level Employment Type Full-time Job Function Engineering and Design J-18808-Ljbffr
